چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش، تبیین الگوی ارتباطی سلامت معنوی با اخلاق حرفهای در مربیان ورزشی بود. 185 مربی (117 مرد و 68 زن، میانگین سنی 57/41 سال و میانگین سابقة مربیگری 27/15 سال) از رشتههای ورزشی مختلف با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامة سلامت معنوی (الهبخشیان و همکاران، 1389) و پرسشنامة اخلاق حرفهای مربیان ورزشی را (عیدی و همکاران، 1395) تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندمتغیره و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد و سطح کلی سلامت معنوی دارای روابط دوسویة معنادار و مثبت با ابعاد و سطح کلی اخلاق حرفهای بودند. مطابق نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون، بهترتیب فلسفة مربیگری (6/17 درصد)، قانونمداری (8/16 درصد)، استفاده از خرد جمعی (8/14 درصد)، احترام به ارزشها و هنجارها (1/14 درصد)، روابط انسانی (3/13 درصد) و علاقهمندی به حرفه (6/11 درصد) توسط ابعاد سلامت معنوی تبیین شدند. ابعاد سلامت معنوی درمجموع 1/26 درصد از تغییرات سطح کلی اخلاق حرفهای را در مربیان ورزشی تبیین کرد. درنهایت، نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بیانگر وجود ارتباط چندگانة معنادار و مثبت بین ابعاد سلامت معنوی و اخلاق حرفهای بود. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد میکند که ازطریق ارتقای سلامت معنوی میتوان سطح اخلاق حرفهای را در مربیان ورزشی بهبود بخشید. | ||
