چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، پیشبینی گرایش به عضلانیشدن برحسب نگرش عضلانی، وابستگی به تمرین و نگرش به مصرف مواد نیروزا در میان مردان ورزشکار بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیۀ ورزشکاران شهر تهران در سال (1395) تشکیل دادند که از میان آنها برمبنای نمونهگیری دردسترس، 240 ورزشکار بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای گرایش به عضلانیشدن، وابستگی به تمرین، نگرش به عضلانیبودن و نگرش به ارتقای عملکرد مبتنیبر مصرف مواد نیروزا جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها نشان میدهد که سه متغیر نگرش عضلانی، وابستگی به تمرین و نگرش به مصرف مواد نیروزا میتواند گرایش به عضلانیشدن را در ورزشکاران پیشبینی نماید. بهطورکلی، بهمنظور کاهش تأثیرات منفیگرایش به عضلانیشدن در ورزشکاران و نیز افزایش آگاهی متصدیان ورزشی،شناساییسه عامل پیشبینیکنندۀ آن؛ یعنی نگرش عضلانی، وابستگی به تمرین و نگرش به مصرف مواد نیروزا توصیه میگردد. | ||
