چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و اعتباریابی پرسشنامۀ رضایت کارکنان از کیفیت خدمات داخلی اماکن ورزشی آبی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کارکنان استخرها و مراکز آبی شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. افراد نمونه نیز بهشکل غیرتصادفی و با استفاده از روش غیرهدفمند و دردسترس انتخاب شدند و 284 نفر پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند. روش تحلیل دادهها استفاده از معادلات ساختاری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبۀ اول و دوم بود. نتایج نشاندهندۀ پنج عامل اصلی تأثیرگذار بر رضایت کارکنان از کیفیت خدمات داخلی مراکز آبی میباشد که عبارت هستند از: رهبری، منابع، پاداش، ارتباطات و همکاران. همچنین، مشاهده میشود که عامل رهبری، بیشترین تأثیر را بر رضایت کارکنان داشته است؛ لذا، به مدیران مراکز ورزشی توصیه میشود که با سنجش دورهای کیفیت خدمات داخلی موجب افزایش بهرهوری و رضایت پرسنل خود شوند. | ||
