چکیده
مطالعات نشان می‌دهد بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی تاثیر قابل توجهی بر مکانیک بدن طی حرکات انتقالی دارد. لذا هدف از مطالعه حاضر مروری بر مکانیک بدن طی حرکات انتقالی در افراد با بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی بود. مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری بود. جستجوی مقالات به زبان فارسی و لاتین از ابتدای سال 1998 تا ابتدای ماه مارس سال 2023 بود که در پایگاه استنادیPubMed, WOS, Scopus, Magiran, ISC و Google scholar انجام گرفت. 18 مقاله در ارتباط با مکانیک بدن طی حرکات انتقالی (راه­رفتن، دویدن، پرش، فرود و...) در افراد با بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته­های 5 مقاله نشان داد به علت ضعف عضلات و کاهش دامنه حرکتی سبب اختلال در مکانیک حرکت طی راه­رفتن می‌شود. همچنین یافته­های یکی از مقالات نشان داد تفاوت در انواع روش‌های پیوند لیگامان بر مکانیک بدن در حین راه رفتن تاثیرگذار است. بررسی 4 مقاله در حوزه بیومکانیک دویدن پس از بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی نشان داد تا 12 ماه پس از بازسازی این لیگامان، بیومکانیک حرکت در هنگام دویدن مانند قبل از آسیب بازیابی نمی­شود. مطالعه 8 مقاله در حوزه بیومکانیک پرش و فرود در افراد با بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی نشان می­دهد که افراد با بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی پرش و فرود ضعیف‌تری نسبت به افراد سالم داشتند. به نظر می­رسد افزایش قدرت در عضلات چهارسرران و همسترینگ منجر به بهبود دامنه حرکتی و حس عمقی مفاصل در افراد با بازسازی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی می­شود.
