چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، تدوین مدل ساختاری ادراک موفقیت ورزشی براساس کمال‌گرایی ورزشی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده با نقش میانجی خودتنظیمی ورزشی بر جوانان با اختلال ضایعه مغزی بود.
مواد و روش ها: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی توصیفی بود. با در نظر گرفتن پارامترهای مختلف و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، یک نمونه آماری شامل 305 نفر، به‌طور تصادفی از تعداد کل 3780 جوان دارای ضایعه فلج مغزی (CP) در شهرستان سنندج، در پژوهش شرکت کردند. چهار شاخص ادراک موفقیت ورزشی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده، خودتنظیمی ورزشی و کمال‌گرایی ورزشی در جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مدنظر قرار گرفت. مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار AMOS برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها:  براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مقدار RMSEA  برابر با 083/0 نشان داد که مدل مفهومی تدوین‌شده در این پژوهش با داده‌های تجربی همخوانی دارد و متغیرهای حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده و کمال‌گرایی ورزشی به‌ترتیب با اثرات کل (مستقیم و غیرمستقیم) 51/0 و 56/0 توانایی پیش‌بینی و تبیین ادراک موفقیت ورزشی را دارند. خودتنظیمی ورزشی نیز با اثر 28/0 نقش مؤثری هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم به‌عنوان میانجی بر ادراک موفقیت ورزشی دارد.
نتیجه گیری: در تبیین نتایج باید گفت که درمجموع، خودنظم‌دهی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با موفقیت و پیشرفت ورزشی دارد. افراد با مشکلات ضایعه مغزی با خودتنظیمی بیشتر، توان بهتری در کنترل حرکات خود دارند و بر آن‌ نظارت بهتر می‌کنند که درنتیجه به موفقیت ورزشی بیشتر منجر می‌شود.
